Airflow User Registration Process Not Working

Hi! I am trying to get the user registration form to work and it looks like there are errors with it. Please see below? Would anyone be able to assist with this? I have changed the webserver_config.py file to match what the documentation says. Also, is there a recaptcha besides the one that google provides that I could use?
