Video and audio problem

I cannot record the audio an video stream as one file, i mean get one simple video.webm with both audio and video.

Hello, i was wondering if their any issues with the video while recording both audio and video at the same time, The video that saved from this action seems to have a problem it freezes at a point in the video for the entire remaining time of the video, running this on a server.

i'm able to save and view video properly but not able listen audio saved .
