What about some shortcuts like verticalLayout #79

What do you think of having on the Anvil DSL some shortcuts like verticalLayout and horizontalLayout for linearLayouts with respective orientation?

Something for the various input types would be nice also. Setting inputTypes are always long lines.

Right now I have my custom DSL with lot of shortcuts like these and maybe it would be nice to have them available at Anvil DSL.
