tad 0.14 couldn't open sqlite on macOS, but tad 0.13 could #277

When you tad xxx.sqlite it has not response. But when you on macOS, you right click to choose tad viewer to view the sqlite file, it reports the following error:

Error initializing Tad
getConnection: no registered DataSourceProvider for provider name 'sqlite'

I reinstalled tad 0.13 and it works fine.

hi there,
the same issue of 0.14 version can be observed on Windows 11 as well. Version 0.13 works as expected.
