Don't recognize the keyboard

Expected Behaviour

Start the pc and synchronize the light

Actual Behaviour

At the beginig, my mouse was the only that don't work, the app recognized it but when I click start the light turn off.

Later, when I start the pc the lights of the keyboard don't synchronize, and I go to device manager in the app to click in "start" on "razer", it doesn't do anything. Not even show up on the left "34(0)m" or something like that (I don't know what means that number :V).

Previously an Issue?

The late version didn't give me too much problems, only like bad synchronize of light or stop working, etc. But with the new version, at first go well but from one moment to another it happend.

PD: When I instaled the app for the first time I have had instaled the app of razer but it work. When that issue began, I restart the pc a lot of time, trying to uninstall the razer program or uninstall aurora an install it again

Does it work when you go back to previous version? There wasn't any changes about razer with last version

Nop, now, with the version v102, I directly get an error

I going to try with more olders versions

I cant install older version, when I install a older version automaticly it update to de laste version.
