Add ability to open, edit and save text files

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I typically save re-usable queries in external text files. In pgAdmin, I do this with files that carry a .sql extension. I don't see this ability present in Antares.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see a "File Open" button or dialog that allows me to navigate to a folder, choose a file and open it in the Antares query editor. I would like the ability to then edit the file and save the changes. In addition, I would like the ability to create and save a new file to my local machine.
