Not able to install Swift package for the IOS SDK #6810

Short description

Trying to add swift package for the iOS SDK using xcode 16, but its not getting installed. Progress reaches to 20% and then starts over again.

Environment

Operating system and version: Mac OS Sequoia 15.1
Java version: NA
Ant Media Server version:NA
Browser name and version:NA

Steps to reproduce

Add package to xcode 16 and above.

Expected behavior

Package should be added.

Actual behavior

Not able to fetch the package.
