Mode shape animations of 1D line bodies

Hi,

I have successfully used the pymapdl module to animate mode shapes of 3D models.

Now I have been trying to use pymapdl to animate mode shapes of 1D line bodies. This is unfortunately not giving me the expected results. Although pymapdl sees the correct eigenrfrequencies and maximum deformations of each mode, the animations made by pymapdl are not correct.

Is there a work around to animate the mode shapes of 1d line bodies? Thanks in advance.

@rensmech The animations are not correct how? Can you show the command(s) used to generate the animation.

Attached you can find the animations generated through Workbench and through Pymapdl. I also included the python script that was used to create the animation. With the same python script I can perfectly fine animate the mode shapes of 3D bodies.
