ignore surf154 and use nodfor when computing temperature results #61

@JackGuyver pointed out in #59 that our temperature results are incorrect when SOLID226 elements are adjcent to SURF154 elements. Additionally, further investigation revealed that NODFOR instead of NODSTR should be used when getting the number of items for the EPT record.
