Currently, there is no built-in option to have Ansible commands write logfiles including the coloration, in the same way it writes it to the standard output.
Problems
Ansible writes uncolored log messages in its logfile, although it writes colored ones on the screen.
Solution proposal
One way to fix this could be to let the user choose via a configuration parameter inside ansible.cfg.
