Not all pages are updating to use the new mkdocs-ansible theme color #105

See https://ansible.readthedocs.io/projects/dev-tools/. It looks like it's using the updated theme with 'ansible' colors:

But if you click on any of the top menu items, the page goes back to purple (the default material theme, I think)?

I also noted the fact that the favicon is not the ansible one, and it was supposed to be the ansible one.
