Summary

The auth system needs to be completely reworked, this should be done when we do the work for the sso work and outside tokens as well, It should work similar to the accessing the Redhat CRC galaxy, with the auth url, and follow the same practices.

When this is done we should move from having UI and Pulp having seperate authentication systems.

closing this as may need to be done in future, but is blocked by API and other reworks.
