Ansible community should have regularly maintained themes for project documentation. Themes should be compatible with Sphinx and mkdocs.

Identify community maintainers for the Sphinx Ansible theme: Discussed at DaWGs, Felix is interested.
Rewrite Sphinx theme: ansible-community/sphinx_ansible_theme#41
Create mkdocs theme: https://github.com/ansible/mkdocs-ansible
