Probably the old bug come again.
I use yeoman+firefoxOs-generator
the packaged app opening blank page (both in Keon or Simulator - 1.3os)

@rudywaltz there isn't enough information here for us to reproduce the issue. Can you provide a small example with the illustrated behavior?
