bower install angular-ui-router leads to empty 'release' and 'src' directories #779

For version 0.2.8:

When I run bower install angular-ui-router, it adds an angular-ui-router folder to bower_components, but the release and src directories are empty. A friend confirmed on his machine in a brand new folder, so I'm guessing it's not just something in my setup.

+1 Is this a cache issue on Bower's side? This is probably related to this series of commits: #768
