German localization: changes on the day is changing the month

If i change the date at the input field, the datepicker will change the month instead the day.

• the date is 23.09.2013
• set the cursor before the first dot
• delete the number 3
• now you will see February as month

@lxNoodles datepicker does not do any special parsing for date strings. You have to use your own $parser for this. You can read more at this google group post and at issue #956.
