Hi There - I'm interested in using Spectrai for analysis of multispectral satelite imagery. I have 8 band geotifs and would like to remove clouds from them, then train a model to identify wetlands from the images.
I read your paper and this seems like a useful tool, so I downloaded MatLab trial and the app and got it to open and run. Got an error at line 1499, but am not sure I'm specifying the inputs correctly. I did not load a training target...what format would this be? A geotif that I had drawn polygons around clouds on?
Can I upload tif files (they are WorldView 3, 8 band imagery). Here is the error I got when I pressed Train:
Unable to resolve the name py.trainer.train_epoch.
Error in spectrai/TrainButtonPushed (line 1499)
Train(app, Training_Options, Task_Options, Network_Hyperparameters, ...
I'm working on an Azure Windows Data Science Virtual Machine.
