Hi im using your slideshow for a full display slide show and im wondering, if you considered to scale pictures, so that width and height are proportionally set...

Thanks a lot

Hi Doca,

Could you explain what you mean by “full display?”

Could you also give me more info about the problem you’re seeing – what do you mean by “strange scale?”

Cheers,

Andy

Hi Andy, thanks for answering: I use realysimpleslideshow to have a full screen background slide show in the background of my website. Thanks for this fantastic and well documented tool!!! My problem is, that pictures should display in fullscreen and fit its scale to the browser window of the user. Right now i use full hd pics with 1920 × 1080 Pixels which looks great on full hd screens...but some people still have 1042 x 768 screens. On those displays pics are cut off and are not scaled. I came up with a solution which works for me and which i want to contribute to your plugin. I added some code into the _getImageDimensions property reading the window size and set this size into relation to the pic size. If you are interested i could contribute the code...maybe it can be an additional feature for "full screen" slide shows...?
