Update CameraX example?

The example for CameraX is outdated (last commit 2 years ago). Can we update the example app to show how to use JetPack compose and CameraX?

I was able to make an app with Camera2 API and Jetpack compose. Here's my working implementation as of today: https://github.com/videlanicolas/camera2_jetpack_compose_example
