EPF PDF Parser Template for Paise Integration

Hello There,

I would like to propose a functionality for parsing EPF (Employee Provident Fund) PDFs and importing them into Ledger CLI-compatible format.

Features of the Template:

• Parsing EPF PDFs
• Extracts contributions (employee, employer, pension) and interest details from PDFs.
• Parsing Merged EPF data also supported.
• Different Employers EPF data also can be parsed.

Note:
During my tests, I observed a discrepancy between the EPF website and Paisa. The difference because pension contributions are excluded on the EPF homepage. Removing these contributions from the calculations ensures alignment.
