Upgrade IMA extension to 3.22.X

Google's IMA SDK has been recently updated to version 3.22.0, and the latest published version of this port (v2.11.3) uses IMA 3.11.3.

I know there's a branch using IMA 3.20.1, but that isn't released yet and it has been stale for months, so it would be nice to have an expectation of when this will be available to us in this port.

Upgrading to the latest IMA will probably require an ExoPlayer version upgrade as well. I see that there’s an issue open for that, but it’s not clear to me when we can expect this to be done.
