• Onboarding issue: [ONBOARDING] AMP openjs-foundation/project-status#24
• Overall Goal: Finish the incubation process by Montreal Conference. Feels like it could be tricky; is it realistic?
  • @tobie: Biggest obstacle to this may be the issues that require foundation board response.
  • @brianwarner: biggest questions
    • Project Directed Funding
      • @tobie: This can happen post. We need to have these convos and that amp’s requirements fit. But outside of that they don’t appear to be blocking to graduate the project.
      • @brianwarner: Crowdfunding is the bigger open question but we are closer to an answer and plan to see a definitive answer to this by December.
    • Policy Files
      • @brianwarner: On the topic of DCO vs CLA; IP policy was adopted by the board (see https://openjsf.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/84/2019/10/OpenJS-Foundation-IP-Policy-2019-10-22.pdf). Text of the CLA has yet to be voted on (vote to begin this week)
    • Transferring Marks/Domains etc can take time
  • Please feel free to file issues on the Foundation CPC repo for any concerns
• Today’s Goals:
  • How to move forward with this group (meeting pace, etc)
    • Commit to weekly 30 min sync
  • Go through open, unassigned issues
    • @tobie: Setting up a meeting for the COC issue
    • Needs Assignment remaining: Choose to use a CLA, a DCO, or neither meta-tsc#25, List all AMP domain names and advise which ones will be transferred to the OpenJSF #3
  • Spot issues that need help clarification from the OpenJS Foundation
