Compatibility with bootstrap-modal

Hello,
I always use this plugin https://github.com/jschr/bootstrap-modal which extends bootstrap modal to be responsive, stackable etc.

But bootstrap-application-wizard doesnt work nicely with above plugin.
It keeps breaking the css.Once I remove 2 css files for above plugin, bootstrap-application-wizard starts working fine.

Above plugin is used by many apps and it would be nice to have it compatible with wizard.
