Describe the enhancement
Captions on the gallery block is not currently supported.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

add a gallery block
add a caption to the parent gallery
See neither render in the CMS / back end

Expected behavior
A UI to add a caption

Actual behavior
no UI.

PS I can find captions for the single images (new images will need to be uploaded for translation purposes in each respective site).

This might be a Guttenberg bug but there is a UI for adding a caption for the block too..
