I have a playback engine which is constantly generating packets of audio bytes (at a known bitrate, sample rate, number of channels).
How would I setup XAudio2 with Vortice to constantly receive bytes or PCM audio?
I've been trying to push audio bytes into the playback engine without a RIFF header, but it throws an error. But a RIFF header contains length information, so I'm not sure how to tell the system I might be adding bytes to the DataStream.

Can you give me some pointers?
