There are two scripts that are missing in order for people to properly utilize the dataset:

  • [To Appear] Official script to convert gluoncv motion dataset format to MOTChallenge and MSCOCO dataset format.
  • [To Appear] The full FPS annotation. (The existing annotation only includes key frames which are sampled at 5FPS.)

The dataset appears to be a promising contribution to multiple object tracking, but without these official scripts, we can not be sure to properly utilize it.

I'm also looking forward to the release of these scripts. They will be instrumental in fully utilizing the dataset. @bingshuai2019
