Anchors without hash

Is it possible to make anchors without hash?

Unfortunately not possible at the moment
.
That would require some server configuration to deal with routes too, implying come back-end like a simple .htaccess for apache servers.
Of course, this is only required if we expect the anchors to work as standalone pages that can be accessed by itself and indexed by browsers.
