Azure Terraform Outputs.tf - Fails and halts during terraform destroy

ISSUE:

Terraform destroy - fails as the outputs cannot be evaluated

Error: Error applying plan:

1 error(s) occurred:

* local.hashistackdemo: local.hashistackdemo: Resource 'data.azurerm_public_ip.web_front_end' does not have attribute 'ip_address' for variable 'data.azurerm_public_ip.web_front_end.ip_address'

Need to review how the data variables are evaluated -

Will be rebuilding tf code in 2020 for all major clouds
