Entity Localization Bug: Symbol. Summation upper bound incorrect long rectangle found in paper 1709.07902v1

Description: In paper 1709.07902v1, there are odd, long bounding boxes around the upper bounds that extend far to the right of the visible symbols in the upper bound.

How to fix (optional): I don't yet know what might be the cause of this issue.
