To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://acc-alkem.io/home
Authenticate
Open the guidance engine
Ask: "who is Neil?" - the reference : https://welcome.alkem.io/blog/2021-10-interview-merijn/index.html is shown twice

ask: "tell me about me" - the reference: https://welcome.alkem.io/blog/2021-10-interview-merijn/index.html is shown twice

Expected behavior
References are not duplicated.
