[FEAT Request] V3 Kafka serverless resource #7588

Hello,

I'm wondering if you have plans to support Alikafka serverless as a resource.

Considering that currently we can create only v2 Kafka clusters with terraform and this provider, it would be super handy.

So, do you have plans to support it? In that case, is there an ETA for it?
