我看c++文档里面没有说明有管理目录功能，反而python、java等稳定有说明管理目录功能。
请问c++这块是没有实现管理目录的接口吗？比如说创建目录、管理目录的元信息等接口

元信息索引功能非常关键！

两年没有发新版本了，这是要摆烂了吗？
