Integration tests in the py-algorand-sdk repo have been failing more frequently citing overspending errors.

My suspicion is the the @rekey step is creating a wallet account that might interfere with the order of funding accounts.

CI environment - I personally cannot reproduce this as reliably on a local machine. It might have to do with the sequence of steps that are run in CI.
