Subject of the issue

Integration tests in the py-algorand-sdk repo have been failing more frequently citing overspending errors.

Examples:

My suspicion is the the @rekey step is creating a wallet account that might interfere with the order of funding accounts.

Your environment

CI environment - I personally cannot reproduce this as reliably on a local machine. It might have to do with the sequence of steps that are run in CI.

There was a temporary fix for this in : #463

Documented a long term solution here: algorand/algorand-sdk-testing#274
