[feature request] retain playlists to check for new episodes

would it be possible to add a feature to metube where when you enter a playlist, it will add it to a list of playlists so that you can later run a check on the playlist and it will tell you about all the new episodes you haven't downloaded or skipped, so you can quickly download new episodes in a playlist?

if that can be automated that would be nice, possibly so that it can automatically download new episodes to a folder that sonarr monitors, so that sonarr can rename and import the episode into jellyfin.
