vips 7.42.3 download link is down #19

The 7.42.3 version of vips is not in the available for download.

Are you sure? current master version has that version and the buildpack downloads the file from https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/visup-misc/heroku-buildpack-vips/201503311000.tar.gz which works for me

In the Build script of the README it has this line:
curl http://www.vips.ecs.soton.ac.uk/supported/current/vips-$VIPS_VERSION.tar.gz -o vips.tar.gz

The only versions in that page are: 8.0.0, 8.0.1 and 8.0.2.
