• Stand-alone menu (button) is now a first-class citizen
• Indicators (especially input indicator) have been fixed
• Scroll was added to percentage label and input indicator

Finally. Finally 40 (36 actually, but growing older every day).

• Hide the default sink from the menu. Shown again if a different sink is selected.
• Sinks with no port available will be hidden as well.
• Better PulseAudio/Pipewire compatibility and a few bugfixes.
• A few other various bugfixes.

Small bug fixes

Still no good solution for changing to a port not reported by an active sink. Not enough time at the moment.

Just a bugfix for GNOME Shell SASS doing things, killing poor shell.
