fix dates in CHANGELOG #388

I think it is always DD/MM/YYYY? Which country does MM/DD/YYYY? |

- fix #388 - corrected remaining wrong date to be MM/DD/YYYY format - make format clearer in top message - reformatting (line length, spaces)

The dates in CHANGELOG should be MM/DD/YYYY but some of them are clearly DD/MM/YYYY: need to check when we released in https://github.com/alchemistry/alchemlyb/releases and then fix CHANGELOG retroactively.
