Unfortunately grace is already registered on pypi, so we'll need to get creative with the package name

we can make a workflow that publishes automatically to pypi whenever we release a version.

Example in profet: https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/profet/blob/main/.github/workflows/python-publish.yml
