JSON Schemas for SDL

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

A JSON schema for https://schemastore.org should be created of the SDL and maintained in an automated way. This will enable nearly all IDE's and editors to support the yaml files, enabling autocompletion and linting.

As an experiment, I created https://gist.github.com/pcfreak30/c1a6c73450c16f9508c1024b2f5b25f2 which gets you part way there.
