This proposal is for upgrading the Akash Network to version v0.32.0 at a height 15414427.

Upgrade anticipated to be executed on Wednesday, March 13th, UTC 17:00. Note that block times have high variance, so keep monitoring the time.In the event of an issue at upgrade time, we should coordinate via the validators channel in Discord to come to a quick emergency consensus and mitigate any further issues.
