Getting 400 bad request error in execute method

Getting erorr "The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request." after passing all required 4 parameters. And in validation it gives final error as "Local server Date is more than 30s out of sync with Remote server". most probably seems to be signature issue but not any other error message except for 400 bad request. And same parameters are working fine with node js solution but failing in c#. If anybody might be aware of root cause of this issue?
