Problem description
In an effort to keep Airship current with the latest updates of its supporting components, upgrade the CAPO (Cluster-API for OpenStack provider) the version with Cluster API v1alpha4 support when it is available. The current OpenStack Provider is v0.3.4.

CAPG github repo can be found here: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api-provider-openstack

Proposed change

  • Upgrade CAPO to the version with Cluster API v1alpha4 support once it has been released.
  • Validate CAPO still functional as the the infra provider for OpenStack & resolve any breaking changes
