Google Ads connector is skipping dates

Enviroment

• Airbyte version: 0.29.4-alpha
• OS Version / Instance: macOS
• Deployment: Docker on GCP
• Source Connector and version: Google Ads 0.1.5
• Destination Connector and version: Not applicable.
• Severity: Critical
• Step where error happened: Sync job

Current Behavior

The connector skis reading data for some dates. It seems to always be 2 consecutive dates as reported by Thomas LEGRAND & Max Krog in this slack-thread.

Expected Behavior

The connector should sync data for all dates in the period.

As said in issue, i'm working on and have found a solution to this. Will submit PR before tomorrow end of day.
