Partially .Currently, TikTok provides TikTok Custom API with Webhooks for integrating your lead management system (CRM) with TikTok Lead Generation

Available authentication modes (API key/Oauth/other)

Creating an account
Self-service free. Requires these steps:

@antixar @irynakruk @cheyura whenever we merge an oauth based API, we need to create a ticket for getting public access to the dev account. Could you take it on for this one?
