• In verdi install, at the end set the correct permissions on ~/.aiida (write a function to set the permissions)
• Possibly: when loading the settings.py, stop if the permissions are incorrect

Added chmod of ~/.aiida to 0700. Fixes #29.
Minor fixes to the documentation.
Hidden a few commands (completioncommand, completion, listparams) from TAB completion and from the list of commands printed by verdi.
