Change narrative of notebooks

As a consumer of this work, I would like to read these notebooks in terms of understanding the metrics using the time series tools. Currently, the notebooks seem to revolve around the techniques a lot. As a first step in polishing this work, it would be beneficial to have notebooks emphasize on the metric example more.
