It would be better if constants had a different colour

I am loving this theme TBH 💜. But the only thing I find lacking in this theme is the const don't have a different colour than the let and var. This feature was added to the Default VS Code theme sometime ago.

I have a plan to support context colors but don't want to add too many colors to confuse developers. So, let me see what I can do.
