This is a WAB app that is parallel to the Vehicle Filter map deprecated in #326. With that map and process removed, the data on this map are out of date and no longer useful. Map will be unshared on 2024/07/01, with the data left in AGOL for future reference.

The data update is done manually so there are no automations to remove.
