Benefit

A GPS network site log framework has been created, but much of the data, photos and reports need to be acquired and incorporated into the web application, which will provide essential information about the GPS network to our customers which they can use to validate their work that is done using our solution.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Acquire photos of all 111 gps reference station antennas and receivers from someone at the site.
  • Determine which sites will need an onsite visit to take photos.
  • Visit sites that have nobody there to take photos (This could take a lot of time and effort that could span across several quarters.).
  • Publish the new network adjustment report once processing is complete from the OPUS Projects task.

Author

This is an ongoing project that was started in FY24-Q3 where progress will be made each quarter. In FY24-Q3, 5 sites were visited and photos taken for the site logs. A new adjustment report was created but not published due to some criteria changes in the NGS OPUS Projects application which limits the number of stations that can be processed. The state will need to be processed in 2 separate sessions for now until OPUS projects is improved.
