Frontier
InfoWest
Lumen - residential and commercial
Manti Telephone
Rise
SouthCentral
Strata
TDS
Union
UtahBroadband
WiFiber

Updated with FCC data:
AT&T
T-Mobile
Verizon
Comcast (2020 census blocks)
Google (2020 census blocks)
I was able to write some code to remove the slower speeds from the overlapping service areas with the same transmission technology per FCC provider.

Blue Springs, Liberty, and Spanish Fork all confirmed there were no updates needed this round

Still waiting to see if Wicked Fiber sends new coverage information.

I never heard more about Wicked Fast so I am closing this.
